Is it really free to post an ad?
Yes. Creating an account, posting advertisements and messaging other users are all completely free. We do not charge listing fees and we take no commission on anything you sell.
Do I need an account to post an ad?
Yes. You need a free account before you can publish an advertisement. You can register with an email address or sign in with Google. Requiring an account helps us keep spam and fraudulent listings off the site.
Which countries can I post from?
Anywhere. List It Global covers 238 countries and more than 3,000 regions and states. You pin your exact location on a map when you post, so buyers can find you by city or by distance.
How long does my ad stay online?
Advertisements stay live for 60 days. You can renew, edit or remove your ad at any time from your account panel, and you will be emailed before it expires.
Why is my ad not visible yet?
Every advertisement is reviewed by our moderation team before it goes live. This usually happens quickly. You will receive an email as soon as your ad is approved.
What am I not allowed to sell?
Weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, adult services, endangered wildlife and anything else prohibited by law. The full list is in our Terms and Conditions. Listings that break these rules are removed.
Listing Management
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Go to your account panel and open My Ads. From there you can edit any advertisement, add or replace photos, change the price, mark it as sold, or delete it entirely.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers message you through the contact form on your advertisement, and the message arrives in your inbox. You can also choose to display a phone number, which only logged-in users can reveal.
How do I stay safe when buying or selling?
Meet in a public place, inspect items before paying, and use traceable payment methods. Never send money to someone you have not verified. List It Global is a listings platform and is not party to any transaction between users.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use the report button on the advertisement. Our moderation team reviews every report, and listings that break our rules are removed.
