Build notes
- Fat tyres. The 20 x 4.0 profile gives a wide contact patch for traction and stability on broken surfaces, kerbs and loose ground, at the cost of some rolling efficiency on smooth tarmac.
- Rear suspension. Hydraulic hexagonal shock absorbers at the rear take the edge off rough road surfaces, working with the fork to smooth out jolts.
- Removable battery. The pack detaches for charging indoors, which matters where the bike is parked outside or in a shared space.
- Dual battery option. A second pack can be specified for extended range on longer commutes.
- Stepped frame. The long saddle and low central frame suit an upright riding position and allow a passenger where local rules permit.

Important: road-legal classification. At 500–1000 W and speeds up to 60 km/h, this machine sits well outside the limits for a pedal-assist bicycle in most jurisdictions. In the EU a pedelec is generally capped at 250 W and 25 km/h; in the UK, 250 W and 15.5 mph; in the US, class-based limits typically cap assistance at 20–28 mph.
Above those thresholds the vehicle is usually classified as a moped or motorcycle, requiring registration, licensing, insurance and helmet use, and is often restricted from cycle lanes and shared paths.
